Lunar New Year Delivery
The last date to place your order online is 16th, January, 2023 for delivery prior to Lunar New Year.
Any order placed on or after 17th January, the delivery will be arranged from 26th January.
Due to the festive season, we might experience a slightly longer than usual delivery. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping Cost And Delivery Times
With the exception of Mu3 & Mu7 headphones, and specifically listed promotions on the website. The shipping cost for orders over USD $200 are free in Singapore and Malaysia. While for the rest of the destinations, you can enjoy free shipping for orders over USD $500.

Shipping Days And Schedules
1. The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
2. Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 2-5 business days subjected to shipping destination and custom clearance.
3. Delivery service is only available from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm. No delivery on the weekend and Public Holidays.
